Leveling of floors –
Uniscreed offers low shrinkage properties, no segregation and excellent abrasion
resistance. Interior / Exterior use. |
| Preparation of mix |
Substrate preparation |
Before applying Uniscreed the concrete has to
be cleaned well. A primer (Unicrete) first has to be applied to prevent air from entering
the freshly laid Uniscreed and to give good adhesion between the concrete and Uniscreed. |

Mixing process |
Add 3 parts of dry powder to 1 part water by
weight in a clean bucket while stirring. Mix well and pour the screed onto the floor at
desired thicknesses. |

One 25 Kgs bag of Uniscreed results in about
32 Kgs of ready leveling screed which covers approx. 10 m2 surface area at an
